Return Prime Wardrobe Items

Return any unwanted items in the re-sealable Prime Wardrobe box or bag using the enclosed, adhesive prepaid return label. Prime members have until the end of the try-on period to postmark returns at the UPS drop off location of their choice.

To return Prime Wardrobe items:

  • During the 7-day try-on period, click on the order in Your Orders and select Purchase or Return Items. If there’s a problem with your item, please reach out to Customer Service.
  • After the try-on period had ended, you can still request a normal return in the Online Returns Center. Purchased items are still eligible for Amazon Fashion's 30 day free return policy.
  • Prime Wardrobe will send an e-mail to notify you when all your return items have been received. If you’d like to track the status of your return package, please visit amazon.com/returns.

If we don’t receive the items you said you would return, we’ll assume you’ve kept them and we’ll charge you for the items. These purchases aren’t eligible for the Prime Wardrobe discount because they were not purchased during the try-on period.
