Resend a Prime Gift Notification

If you purchased a Prime gift membership that doesn't arrive, you can resend it to the recipient.

To reissue a Prime gift notification:

  1. Go to Your Orders in Your Account.
  2. Locate the Prime gift order you want to resend.
  3. Click Resend Gift Email.

    Note: If you don't see a Resend Gift Email button, the gift was most likely redeemed by the recipient.

Some e-mail providers give users the option of blocking all e-mail messages that originate outside of their domain. You may want to check with your recipient to make sure their e-mail is configured to accept e-mails from Amazon.com.
