If you need to cancel a Prime gift membership that hasn't already been sent or has been sent but not redeemed, please contact us.
Once a Prime gift membership has been redeemed by the recipient, it can't be canceled.
The scheduled delivery date also can't be changed once your purchase has completed. If you need to update a delivery date, contact us so we can cancel the existing gift. You can then place a new order.
