Three-Year Limited Warranty for Stone & Beam Furniture Products
What This Warranty Covers
This warranty is
provided by Amazon.com Services, Inc. to you as the original purchaser of the
Stone & Beam-branded furniture product you purchased through Amazon.com
(the “Product”). Neither Amazon.com
Services, Inc. nor our affiliates manufacture the Product.
We warrant the
Product against defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary use for
three years from the date of the original retail purchase from Amazon.com, with
the exceptions stated below. During this warranty period, if a defect arises in
the Product and you follow the instructions that we will provide to you, we
will, at our option, take one of the following actions: (i) replace the Product
with either a new or a refurbished Product that is the same as or similar to
the Product you purchased; (ii) repair the Product using either new or
refurbished parts; or (iii) refund to you the original purchase price of the

replacement or repaired Product to you, or performing the repair service in
warranty gives you specific rights. You may have additional rights under applicable
law, and this limited warranty does not affect such rights.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW,
THE WARRANTY AND REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL

otherwise be identical to, or offer the exact same functionalities, as the

within the Territory. Replacement or repaired Products shipped to an APO, FPO
or DPO address may take additional time to ship.
