When I opened the case, I noticed absolutely no literature. Nothing but the DVD. This DVD disabled my Blu-ray player. I thought it was my Blu-ray player, I had an issue with it before. This disc would not play, the disc could not eject, and the Blu-ray did not turn off. I disconnected the power, changed the batteries. I call Amazon to inform the company of this defect. Amazon knows I spend $$$$ on my account. I was not after a $12 refund. I called AT&T to check for any issues, I called the cable company to check for any problems and then I called Sony to help me solve this issue. The same answer every time. The disc. I pry the player open with a flat screwdriver. I completely wreck the bluray player, but I figured it served its purpose. Also, I have a backup player I purchased at a very low cost. I try my other Blu-ray player that's a couple of years old. The exact same thing. The player becomes disabled. This time I disconnected all connections on the player. Wait and the disc ejects. I was hesitant about inserting another disc, but all is fine with the player.
I'm purchasing this movie in a bluray format. If this doesn't work, maybe it's meant to be a sign not to watch a movie about a nasty violent divorce
