This little show is a nice, calm, but entertaining way to spend tv time. My son is 4 and loves it. I love it too, because it's sweet, beautiful, and not too overly stimulating like some other shows aimed at his age bracket can be. While I think the science lessons get a little lost in the fantastical world they are set in, the can-do attitude of the characters is not: now when my son encounters a problem, he says (exactly as the little fox, Fig, in the show says it) "Hmmm. Let me figure this out." And instead of immediately running for my assistance, he actually takes a minute to try to work out his problems for himself. I think that's a wonderful thing for him to take away from any show. In conclusion, I really like this sweet little show, and I hope very much that we see a few more seasons of it at least.
Tumble Leaf is by far my favorite show to watch with my son and I was SO excited to see that Season 2 was out! We love the characters and the stories. It is such a fun show that is visually fun to watch and very funny as well. I almost dressed our family up as Tumble Leaf characters for Halloween this last year because we all love it so much. It is a must watch show if you have little ones and is fun for the whole family. If I could only recommend one show for toddlers this would be it! Now go watch it!
My 3 year old sonloves this show. I love the slow moving claymation and story lines that are age appropriate. What he sees as fun colorful images, are actually well thought out character designs. The time and love put into each 11 minute show is evidente. Amazing show with wonderful messages!
My sonLOVES this show it is about the only thing George watches. It's educational and has its lessons, but the best thing it's got going for it is that there aren't a bunch of songs in it. Been down that road with other shows and I would find myself singing out loud
Super cute show and we wish there were more episodes already. Our sonloves the adorable characters. the show is ver appropriate for toddlers. I will have to sit down and watch the series with him and then add more to this review.
My husband and I love this program much for our 3 years old son. All characters help each other in day to day basis by finding new things and solving problems together. We love that both girl and boy characters are independent and self-centered. Very positive attitudes. Pictures are so beautiful in every story and theme music is very nice.
My 3 year old sonloves Tumble Leaf. It's very nearly the only show he watches. I really like that it's a smart show. The characters aren't condescending and find something to figure out each show. My son talks about things that he's seen in Tumble Leaf and it's so easy to continue the "lesson" started in the episodes. Highly recommend for parents looking for a show that is enriching and not annoying, I enjoy watching right along with him!
My son has taken a liking to this show since he was just a few months old. Each time we turn it on he is interacting with Fig, laughing and cheering him on. (My son is now 10 months old.) I like that it encourages imaginary play with ordinary, everyday objects. And my sonloves the intro music, the characters, and absolutely the crab at the beginning ;)
I highly recommend Tumble Leaf. My son has enjoyed this show since he was about 15 months old, and still loves it today at 21 months. It holds his attention and he cheers and smiles throughout each episode. As a parent, I appreciate Tumble Leaf; I don't find it obnoxious and grating like many of the shows geared toward younger children. Of course I don't plop my child in front of the TV all day, but it can be a helpful distraction when needed.
Tumbleleaf is my two year old's favorite series! I love how unique and inspirational it is, and I enjoy watching my son's little face fill with wonder while he watches it. It's refreshing to have something like this to put on for my child, and it's good to know he has a show to view that has no innuendos or obnoxious characters like most modern cartoons.
