I normally don't complain about wires, as they're generically used for testing and application stuff with breadboards for me. However, I have had equal wires from Elegoo, Arduino, Texas Instruments, and Adafruit that pulled so much greater quality in the solder than these wires.
They came packed in a dinky zip-lock bag often used for pills. They appeared as a bulk wrap, and from attempting to use over 100 wires for microcontroller motors, servos, gyroscopes and LED control, it was found that over 80% of the wires received were either badly soldered (with exposed copper bracing out of the pinheads for the wires), to literal plastic heads damaged and melted on arrival.
The solder job was also very flimsy: the pinhead tin they used for pinning into boards is of bad quality: putting just a slight amount of pressure on it would shear the tin off. This because a critical problem for me as the dupont wires I ordered from this company (set of 2) would be used in a robotics competition at my university. However, because of the poor wire quality, there would be several times where the tin heads would snap from pressure or vibrations introduced by the robot used in our competition. Our team, in our 3 years of running this competition, have never had equal issues when utilizing wires of equal quality from other sources like Elegoo.
I get it: I spent what I got ($12 for 2-pack) for cheap wires. But I would at least expect quality control by the company who maintains such wires to double-check headers and pin samples onto boards to ensure the ribbon of wires isn't dodgy. My advice: go to another selection of wires like, again, Elegoo or main-stays like Adafruit, Arduino, or SparkFun. Their wires are a dollar or so more expensive per pack, but at least the quality of wires are expected to work for almost all conditions rough with breadboards.
The ones I did use are working fine. Decent fit on Arduino board pins, feel relatively secure.
If you need jumpers to go with other parts you already have (like me), this is a good buy.
Edit: Male to male and male to female are all working.
Our company has bought different products form HiLetgo. There service and products are excellent. We received this product ontime and as per specification.

I'm sure these have lots of other uses and there is more than enough incase of failures.
